Who we are
Arclede runs outbound programs for mechanical contracting firms. This page explains what information we handle and why. Questions go to info@arclede.com.
What this website collects
Browsing this site does not require you to give us anything. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure, and may count visits in aggregate.
If you book a walkthrough, the booking is handled by Calendly. We receive what you enter there, usually your name, work email, company and any note you add, and use it only to prepare for and hold the call.
If you send a note through the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company website and message, and use them only to reply to you.
Business contact data used in outreach
Our programs email people at businesses about their work. To do that we use business contact details, such as name, job title, company and work email, and information the business or person has published, such as company websites and public company pages.
We use this data only to send relevant business emails and handle the replies. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for consumer marketing.
Opting out
If you received an email from us or on behalf of one of our clients and do not want more, reply and say so, or write to info@arclede.com. We stop contacting you and keep only what we need to make sure that stays true.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the work, such as email sending, scheduling, hosting and data processing tools, under their own security and privacy terms. Clients see the conversations held on their behalf. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
As long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for, then it is deleted or anonymized. Opt-out records are kept so we do not contact you again.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@arclede.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
