Who is behind Arclede

Arclede is founder-led. You deal with Yuvraj Bakshi, who sold VRV projects for a living before he built outbound systems.

Yuvraj Bakshi, founder of Arclede

Selling the projects first

Nearly four years as a Sales Engineer in Daikin's VRV business, across three postings from a head office market to two regional branches. Sold VRV systems into hotels, hospitals, offices, malls, government projects and retrofits, through a network of more than 25 channel partners, the dealers who installed the systems, and sat in the client meetings with them. That is where the understanding of who awards mechanical work, and when, comes from.

Selling to companies, not consumers

Sales Manager in ICICI Lombard's SME vertical, selling commercial insurance to decision makers at small and mid-sized companies: group health cover for their teams, fire and property cover for their factories, marine cargo and liability cover. B2B sales, where the buyer is a business and the conversation is about risk and return.

Building a brand, then its outbound engine

Co-founded Dein Kleider in 2017 with his brother: a bag brand sold through its own online store and Amazon, with a B2B arm and its own manufacturing unit. Ran sales, marketing, e-commerce, production, supply chain, hiring and the books in the building years, then built the brand's own outbound engine, which still brings in its corporate clients today. The team runs daily operations now; he leads strategy and growth.

Arclede

Started in January 2026 to build the same revenue infrastructure for contracting firms, by someone who has sold to the people they need to reach. Founder-led by design: you deal with Yuvraj on the walkthrough, through the setup, and whenever a reply needs a judgment call.
