How it works

How an engagement works

Every Arclede engagement is fully managed, from market intelligence and account strategy to execution and meeting delivery. Here is what that covers, what you see, and what we ask of you.

What does fully managed mean?

We run the whole program: the market intelligence, the account strategy, the outreach, the replies and the scheduling. You approve the strategy and the voice, then take the meetings.

What happens in the first two weeks?

Market intelligence and account strategy. We map the emerging opportunities in your market and the stakeholders who control them, agree the clients you want more of, and set up dedicated sending infrastructure kept separate from your company's own email, so your reputation is never on the line. You approve the approach before the first email goes out.

How do you find the project opportunities?

The programs are signal-driven. Emerging project opportunities are surfaced from what the market makes public, early, before they reach the bid boards, and filtered to the work you want more of.

Who do you engage?

Your target audience, whoever that is for your firm. For most mechanical contractors that means developers and GCs on new builds, and facility managers on retrofits. If the clients you want more of are hospital groups, school districts or industrial plants, that is who we go after. Always the person who decides, never a generic address, never a purchased list.

Architects and the mechanical engineers they bring in get their own emails where it fits. They do not award the mechanical scope, but on design-assist and design-build projects they sit at the table when it is shortlisted.

What does the outreach look like?

Precision-targeted and human-reviewed. One decision maker, one real signal, one reason to talk, written the way you would write it, under your name, with your signature. No templates, no blasts, no attachments, no pitch deck.

To a developer, planned medical officeExample

Subject: Oakridge medical office

Hi Laura,

Saw Meridian's announcement on the Oakridge medical office building planned for next spring. Outpatient suites are a tough mix of ventilation and noise to get right on the mechanical side.

We are a mechanical contractor out of Nashville, 30 years in, and we have been the mechanical partner on four outpatient buildings around the city in the last two years.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply is answered in your exact tone, questions get answered, and the back-and-forth continues until a meeting is booked at a time that works for you. Anything that needs your judgment comes to you first. Anyone who says no is thanked and archived.

What do I have to do?

A 20-minute call to start. A yes to the approach. Then show up to the meetings. Everything in between is handled.

What do I see?

Every email and every reply, as they happen, plus a short weekly summary: emails sent, conversations open, meetings booked.

How is this different from a regular B2B cold email lead gen service?

A regular service works for anyone who will pay, and most of its effort goes into selling the service rather than into the ground-level work that brings a client return. Arclede was built inside this industry: nearly four years selling VRV projects to the people who award them, then an outbound engine built and run for the founder's own brand before anyone else's. That is why the emails read like they came from a mechanical contractor, and why the AI agents here are trained by people who understand this industry's ecosystem, so the system gets more accurate, not louder. The measure is positive conversations and meetings booked, not emails sent.
