FAQ

Questions contractors ask us

Straight answers, in the order people usually ask.

What exactly does Arclede do?

Arclede builds proprietary, AI-powered revenue infrastructure for mechanical contracting firms: signal-driven outbound programs that surface emerging project opportunities early, map the stakeholders who control them, and engage decision makers through precision-targeted cold email. Every engagement is fully managed, from market intelligence and account strategy to execution and meeting delivery.

How much do HVAC lead generation companies cost?

It depends on what you are buying: shared leads at the bottom of the market, a managed program at the top. Arclede's pricing is discussed on the walkthrough, once we know the work you want more of and the size of your market.

Is this cold email? Won't that hurt our reputation?

Yes, it is cold email, done the way it should be done. Every email goes to one person, about one real thing they published, under your name, from dedicated domains kept separate from your company's own email. Anyone who says no is thanked and archived.

Who gets the emails?

Your target audience, whoever that is for your firm: developers and GCs on new builds, facility managers and decision makers on retrofits, and the architects and engineers who influence the spec where that matters. Always a person who decides, never a generic address.

Do we need to give you a list?

No. The list is built from your market and the work you want more of. If you have past bids, clients or GC relationships you want worked, we use those too.

How long until the first meeting?

Setup takes about two weeks. First conversations usually start in the weeks after that, and meetings follow as the conversations mature. We do not promise a date or a number up front; we would rather tell you that than guess.

What do we have to do?

A 20-minute call to start. A yes to the approach and the voice. Then show up to the meetings. Everything in between is handled.

Who writes the emails, a person or AI?

AI agents write each email from what the decision maker published, in your tone. They are trained and run by people who have sold to the people you need to reach. That is the difference between an email that reads like a contractor wrote it and one that reads like software did.

Can we see what is going out?

You approve the approach and the voice before the first email. After that you see every email and every reply as they happen, plus a short weekly summary.

How is this different from bid boards or buying leads?

A bid board tells you about work after it is public, when you are one of many. A bought lead has been sold to other contractors too. This reaches the decision maker before the work is public, under your name, and the conversation is yours.

Do you work with residential HVAC?

No. Commercial HVAC and mechanical contracting only.

Do you work outside the US?

We work with firms across the US today. Other English-speaking markets are next.

Do you work with electrical or plumbing contractors?

The same system works for any firm that wins work through relationships with a small set of decision makers. Book the walkthrough and ask.

How do we get started?

Book a 20-minute walkthrough. You see how the system finds work in your market and what an email written for your firm looks like. Then we talk about what you want more of.
